3. Proposal

We will develop a clear proposal that comprehensively deals with the brief and contains recommendations for an integrated system of project delivery including;

• cost and quality control structure
• risk minimisation
• ability to proactively problem solve during the project life
• reporting and consultation framework
• enabling of high quality architectural and engineering design solutions
• realistic sustainable approach to building and energy.

A remuneration structure will be included that is transparent and at an appropriate level.
